Removal/Invasive

In a perfect world, we wouldn’t have to remove any trees, but sometimes a tree has either reached the end of its life, has become too much of a hazard, is growing in a bad spot, has been damaged in a storm, or is invasive.

Tree Removal & Storm Damage Response

We are accredited in Tree Risk Assessment by the ISA and can help you in the process of deciding whether it’s time to take down the tree in question or the life of a storm-damaged tree can be prolonged. We will safely remove the tree using our small-footprint approach.

Invasive Species Eradication
Eradicating invasive species like Buckthorn can be challenging, but effective methods lead to lasting results. Many customers turn to us for our expertise in invasive plant management.

Common mistakes include using forestry mulchers, which can leave a messy site, compact soil, damage nearby trees, and inadvertently destroy native plants. Additionally, invasive species often regrow despite these. Typical forestry mulching machines weigh over 10,000 lbs and often cross lawns, while we work mostly by hand using a self-propelled tracked chipper under 3000 lbs. This allows us to accurately identify and remove undesirable species, paint stumps for herbicide application, and minimize environmental impact with targeted herbicide blotters. Our tracked chipper processes brush into wood chip piles, which we can spread to enhance soil health and prevent invasive regrowth. Our approach prepares the site for the possibility of planting native species, creating a low-maintenance, beautiful ecosystem.
